Panera Bread - Grand Prairie

I love to eat in panera, I am here 5 days the week, to eat alone or with friends too breakfast, I had very bad experiences, but I like to eat, adela aleman, she started working here, she is always friendly, she always cleans the tables. she is always there when you need something and she is not the one who is responsible but the only time she was helping me

There was a two inch long piece of plastic in my food. It was the top of a commercialized food package. All they said was sorry and refunded payment, but they did not offer to compensate for my time or bad experience— not a free cookie, gift card. Nor, did they offer to remake the order. I left wasting 30 minutes of my time and had not eaten.

I was very disappointed at the service received today about 2:30. We came to eat and there was noone to take the order. We waited for about 13 minutes. I went back by the kitchen and there was only one kid back there preparing something. I went back to the front and still noone there. Finally a girl slowed up and I asked why there was noone helping customers. She did not respond or apologized. I placed the order and told her I wanted some pastries as well. She put them in separate bags so I asked for a large bag to put them all in it. She acted as if I was bothering her and never said a word to me throughout the whole transaction. Needless to say I spent $60+ but I will never come back.

I was not a fan. I went to the drive through and they told me to wait. I waited for about 15-20min.The wait wasn’t the problem, it was the fact that they told me to park and they would bring out my food, but my food never came. I had to go in and my food was just sitting there…… my food was cold.No apology or anything. I was not a fan of this location.

I just stopped in to grab a quick bite for lunch.I like the Choose 2 deal because it's just enough' without making me feel super full.?Pictured below is a cup of chicken noodle soup with baguette and a turkey BLT. ??Very tasty!The restaurant was clean and the service really good.Kudos to you Panera!! ?
