I would advise them to be mindful of the limited interaction, friendliness, attentiveness, and overall customer service. However, they can still enjoy the company of good people, as the crowd is always lovely and welcoming.

Not a bad place, just not good on a game night. We ordered our food about 6:30 and 3 hours later we still never received our food. We ordered drinks and it took about 2 hours to get our drinks and on top of that the drinks were very weak. One of the ladies I was with, the ice in her drink was already starting to melt and they brought her a drink she did not ask for. The lady that was supposedly helping us, kept coming to the table saying Your food and drinks will be out shortly. She said that to us about 3 or 4 times. She then came back through and asked us if we had decided on what we wanted to order. I replied We already ordered and according to you our food and drinks will be out shortly and yet you ask if we have decided on what we want yo eat The food never came. We never got our food. Not a good experience for it to be my first time.

I was grateful to secure a reservation, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I placed my order and waited an hour and a half to receive it. While I understand the restaurant was busy, I don’t think waiting that long for chicken wings and fries is acceptable.

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 PM and asked a staff member how to locate my table. She told me to find it on my own. I continued to seek assistance, but the staff seemed too occupied with dancing to pay attention to me. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and I don't think I'll be returning to this place.

It was a great place to hang out! The only thing missing was my Budweiser beer, but they do have other drinks available. I'll definitely be coming back. WHO DAT 4 LIFE!
