Mcdonald's - Grand Prairie

Don't go to this store!! I saw an employee with a bag weed making a joint in the playland. When I told the store manager Alma she just told the worker to take it outside. Also witness big fight between workers screaming death treats. All while the store manager Alma just watched. Worst MCD ever!! Don't take your kids.

IPay $40 in food and I got only two buffalo sauce with no ketchup I asked for two more buffalo sauce and they told me I need to pay for for those 2 extra with bad attitude.

Pick another one. Rude Rude Rude staff. Poor quality assembly. You have to argue to get your order corrected. I have witnessed this many times. They agitate customers over petty requests such as not giving enough dipping sauce. They deliberately keep dining room cold to motivate patrons to eat and get out. Please, someone build another nearby and put this lipstick on a pig place in it's place

Horrible customer service. Like if you don’t want to be at work don’t go, I ask for Oreos added to my frappe and they dump some Oreos in a cup and hand it to me. That’s not what I paid for. These ladies definitely need to not be working customer service

Worse McDonald’s in Grand Prairie. I understand you may be short staff, but this can be operated a lot better. No sense of urgency, no communication and no good service. This is a time to be apologetic with your guests. I did not receive one apology.
