Marco's Pizza - Grand Prairie

I ordered online today. I recently moved in the area and I’ve heard a lot of good things about Marco pizza. I ordered the large all meat pizza, XL pepperoni pizza, Buffalo wings and cheesy bread. Sorry I only got a chance to post the all meat pizza. From the moment I opened the box I couldn’t wait to taste it… we had it delivered. The presentation was nice and the food was fresh and hot. My first bite of the all meat pizza with bell peppers was so good . We enjoyed everything. I will definitely order again. Thanks guys

The amount of tomato sauce is excessive. Not even half of the pizza had pineapple, and 2 pieces of jam, that’s it.

This was the worst customer service experience I 've ever had. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes, and even after 4 customers came in behind me, I still wasn 't greeted. When I saw the lady who was boxing up orders start boxing mine, I tried to get her attention, but she ignored me completely and didn 't speak at all. After saying excuse me multiple times, a guy who was making pizzas came from the back. I told him I thought she just put my order right there, and I was correct. He then got my order but made a smart remark, saying, We 're busy, without apologizing for the wait or anything. I will never come to this location again. The staff is rude and lacks basic customer service skills.

The works pizza is so so good and very delicious!! This is my favorite one out of all the varieties. They are all good and freshly prepared.

I got taken care of today right before close. The woman working was attentive, kind and so good at her job. I will be coming back.
