La Nueva Puntada - Grand Prairie

Customer service was great! I swung by to get some tamales. They have pork, chicken, and queso con rajas. I had the chicken ones and the queso con rajas, 6/10. They were nice in size but the masa (dough) was undercooked. I had to try their flan. It claimsto be the best in town. I won?t be having flan in Grand Prairie again, 4 out 10. On a good note they have drinks imported fromMexico; Boing, Jumex, and coke, just to name a few! ???????? P.S. If you swing by and disagree about the tamales, please post.I am hoping this was just that one bad batch.

Authentic and delicious food plus you can buy pre packaged items like their various salsas. Everything tasted homemade. Several kinds of barbacoa. Menudo, caldo de res, delish!

Ordered a street taco plate with corn tortillas and cheese, a burrito plate and we got 2 of these plates with nothing but burnt meat inside of the tortilla. Tried to call the restaurant about returning the food and the number listed is not in service.

It did take a while for my order to come out, but the Caldo de Res was really good. A good serving for the price. I would have liked more rice with my order to go in my soup. Plenty of meat and big vegetables. Served very hot!

Horrible customer service. Took my dad to eat dinner. We both ordered payed. Dads food came out mine never came out. So I checked my bill. He did not add my food. He was on his phone the whole time. So I called him out on it and he got sassy with metelling me well at least you didn't get charged. I asked for the managers name and he said I'm not allowed to give her name out.That is not good customer service.
