I think she was the only person in the building.

This is the second time we've ordered through the app, and both times they informed us that they were out of the food we ordered. They refused to issue a refund and told us to call an 800 number for assistance, which doesn’t even exist! They seem confused about how to help us with our refund. We lost $35 over this. I definitely recommend avoiding this place!

It seems the woman at the drive-thru forgot to turn off her mic while taking my order. When I mentioned my drink choice, she laughed and mockingly said, “I want Dr. Pepper.” It was a bit disrespectful to hear that over the intercom. Maybe she and her companion aren’t fans of Dr. Pepper? Regardless, I would have preferred if she had muted her mic. On a positive note, the Dr. Pepper itself was fantastic!

Was really hungry for dinner, son chose KFC as where we were eating, and rude attitudes and horrible service ruined the taste for a mash potatoes bowl and fresh drink. Drive thru had no line but the workers seemed to busy to service properly through it. These days it is so hard to find places with decent service and quality food.
