I’ve been dining at this place since it opened many years ago. It’s authentic. Food is clean, staff is friendly and speedy service. Even traditional American breakfast tastes very homemade scratch southern like. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because their chips and salsa is blah. Chips too thick. salsa too hot. I probably should give it 5 stars, I’m here at least once a month or every two months. It’s good cheap food that’s versatile Mexican and American.

Been looking a long time for authentic Mexican home cooked meal, excellent food, my husbands go to is Chili Relleno and Maria our server made it her self, it was so good, the beans were exactly like home, the Menudo was great with homemade corn tortillas. Can’t wait to go back. It’s a true hole in the wall gem!

Eating is okay. Not great, but I also come from a long range of Mexicans and I expect gourmet homemade Mexican food. Service is good. But I was calculated extra for glass bottles? Not sure what that means.
