Cheesesteak House Grand Prairie

Unfortunately, it's not Rio Bravo that was previously there. Took quite a while to get our food and we were the only ones there. The menu has been completely changed, no more daily specials, prices are up and the food is just okay. Nothing exciting. The booths tables have been removed and replaced with bat height tables/stools. Not convenient for someone who may have mobility limitations.

Warning This location was very unorganized and the food was DISGUSTING. I enjoy my moments of sashaying into the gift of a new restaurant, however, this restaurant should essentially have zero stars. The only thing that was enjoyable was the Coca Cola. We ordered quite a bit of food, per usual. It took approximately 30 minutes to get nachos with old dried chicken...see photos. I asked for the manager, Miguel, the manager came over and apologized after standing around for about 10 minutes at a very empty establishment. Miguel stated he would make my appetizer himself and told me he wouldn't charge me for nachos. When I received the nachos they had all the ingredients but were cold. The cheese, beans and chicken were cold. And Miguel had left the building. I tried my best to give them grace so we waited for our crusty/cold tacos, watery and cold enchiladas, burnt fried shrimp, and we never received the grilled shrimp or wings. After over an hour, we decided we had had enough. We left all of the uneaten food as well as the food that never came out paid for our drinks and exited the restaurant. I will never return. Poor management and horrible cooking staff. The waiter was kind and seemed empathetic.

Can't get better food anywhere else, great place to eat and take people

If could give negative stars I would, if you plan to wait an hour plus to get your food in a DRIVE THROUGH this is the place. Won’t ever return

This place looks amazing on Instagram, that's why I went. It's actually a cool looking spot and in a really good location. We went on a Saturday night and there were 2 other groups in there, pretty empty. They brought us some pretty good chips and salsa and I order beef enchiladas with rice and beans and we ordered churros with ice cream for dessert since we were in a hurry. The food came fast and was actually good but the service was just terrible, during the whole meal the waitress wasn't even around to give me a refill. Eventually we got the attention of guy at desk and he said our churros weren't ready so we just paid and left. It honestly felt like they had a really off night, not sure if I'd go back, probably not.
