Buffalo Wild Wings - Grand Prairie

I love going to BWW and will go 2-3 times a month and usually get good service. I went with my Bf and his cousins family last Monday and our experience was not great. We ordered a sandwich and got a pack instead. Food came at different times, we sat there, without drinks refills for a while. What made me even more crazy that my card was hit this morning with an additional $10, for what I suspect is the top, though I left money on the table. Don't understand how they can do that.

Marcus was worth the night. He seemed to be the only waiter, but was attentive and quick to help us. He even gave us the Tuesday special when we didn't even know about it and were looking for us! Wings were good as I'm sure most people coming to BWW tried it before. Pretzel bites were my fav part!

This position is in the need for a changeover or a good color application and a deep cleaning. They enter and it does not feel safe to touch any surface. The servers need more customer service training. The food was at least good. Food: 2/5

Yeaaaa. Not ever back to this particular place. No host/hosts, had to swing a server from the Gaggle from them meandering upwards. Oh, the guy has a bud light. It seems to be the manager. We arrived at 23:34 on a Friday night. After you finally get a server, 11:48pm. Did you get our drink order? No longer for over 40min. After you found a replacement server to crash. In our food order. I want a salad. It all came after 50 plus minutes in the bar area. I had to go to the bartender for a lime refill. All in all. If it was possible to give negative stars. Then yes. -3 ?.Poor customer service, bad management and bad quality.

I arrived at 7:00 pm.Ordered a beer and got it. 5 minutes later ordered fried pickles. Gat them 1 minutes later. Ordered another beer and 12 wings.25 minutes later asked the bartender if he put in my order…”sorry I forgot “ no worries. Ordered them again.25 more minutes go by… the bartender never checks on them.I tell him I need to leave. He prints my check and charges me for the wings I never got.I tell him I am not paying for the wings I never got.He says Ok… walks away… does not say anything, leaves the bar, cones back and does not say anything to me.10 minutes later the manager shows up. Charges me for the 2 beers and pickles gives me the check and says “ here you are sir” and walks off.Absolutely the worst customer service by the bartender and manager.I will never go back to this locationsGood luck!
