A&w - Grand Prairie

The grill closed at 7, so we opted for root beer floats, but they really needed a better balance of root beer to ice cream.

I first tried this A&W burger in Toronto, Canada, back in 2013, and I really enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to trying the location in Dallas and will share my thoughts once I do.

I requested a burger with just ketchup, but they told me I couldn't order it that way. They insisted, "You have to order it how we prepare it—with mustard." I responded, "Can't I have it my way?" To which they replied, "We're not Burger King." That was enough for me, so I left and I won't be returning.

They serve your food fresh, so be careful hot. I love a good LJSI desire that they would repair the soda machine because the Pepsi dispenser lacks a nozzle and it spray hard to make a mess. Food: 4/5

I was always cut off when I ordered. Then I asked for crispy bacon and was told that you can't get this here, you'll get it as it comes. I said it was well forgotten, and when I walked around the corner, the girl in the window looked at me and rolled her eyes! So disrespectful. That would never happen in my hometown. I saw other reports where the manager has explained that they will do something about them, but obviously his not work. Sounds like his time to clean house and put it in new employees.
