A W - Grand Prairie

I was constantly interrupted while trying to place my order. When I asked for crispy bacon, I was informed that it wasn't available and I'd simply get it as it comes. I expressed my disappointment, and as I walked away, the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me! That was incredibly disrespectful. This kind of behavior would never occur in my hometown. I've seen other reviews mentioning that the manager plans to address these issues, but it seems nothing has changed. It might be time for him to clean house and bring in some new staff.

I had a quick bite to eat, and the food was fresh and tasty. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff at the counter did not greet us at all. After we placed our order, they seemed uninterested. When my friend asked for ketchup and tartar sauce, one of the girls rolled her eyes at him. Additionally, she took her time to get the condiments, even bending down to check her phone instead of attending to us. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially since this is the only restaurant of its kind in the area.

The service was slow, but the staff was very friendly. The food was quite good.

I asked for a burger with only ketchup and they told me I couldn?t order it that way. They said, ?You need to order it how we make it. With mustard.? I said, ?I can?t have it my way?? They said, ?We are not Burger King.? I left. I will never go back again.

My daughter is too young to remember the Hamburger Wars of the 80s. So I told her about them and pulled in to A&W. Being that she is a very picky eater it was a gamble. I already know A&W burgers are good from memory and that sauce they use lol. Long story short still tastes as good as it did in the 80s, and ANY PLACE that gets my lil girl to smile and say delicious... well lol.... Good Job guys
