Giving a 1 star for the establishment as a whole, but your employee Omar was outstanding. I would give zero stars if possible. During the Tornado's on 8/24/23 they were forcing people to leave after the lights flickered and prohibited anyone from coming inside to seek shelter. The negligence of life by the managerial staff was absolutely deplorable and sickening to us who were just trying to survive in the bathroom. If the storms were any worse than they already were they could have gotten many people killed. Your employee Omar got written up for allowing customers to stay in the establishment which is beyond ridiculous that man deserves a raise or a promotion for his outstanding service and character. I have nothing but praise for that man. In a situation like that you need to prioritize human life over anything else. 0/10 would never recommend seeking shelter here and furthermore, I will never support a business that has a managerial staff that cares more about a bag of Doritos being stolen rather than the safety of their customers. To Omar, thank you for being a normal human being.

There is a little blonde girl that wears glasses that is incredibly rude! I don’t recommend going to Subway at Loves. You will get chastised and made felt stupid and glaring eyes as if you’re being scolded for even wanting a sub. Reminded me of when I used to be scolded by my mother. The store manager on the other hand was very nice. The clerk working at the counter was very nice as well. Just don’t go to Subway. You will regret it.

No water due to a water main break. Just drove here for the night so I use the bathroom and shower after a long day. Now I don’t know what the point of driving here is, even a rest area has working bathrooms

It’s been 16 years but same quick service and low price. Had clean windshield squeegee and clean water. This helped.
