Lariat Grill - Grand Lake

One bartender (female) and it wasn’t busy on a Saturday night around 8:30ish PM. She was horrible and wouldn’t provide us service even though we waited for a few minutes. Maybe because I wasn’t white and she tended to serve the white customers. Left after a few minutes of no service. Racist establishment is what I felt. If you’re not white, go somewhere else.

$14 for a premade burger with nothing on it. Don’t bother

Sign show 3pm open time and it's after 5pm now and front door is locked. What a joke

Just state on the menu that the sandwich is served with a pickle, so people who don't like pickles can ask you to hold it, so they don't have to eat a sandwich on bread that reeks of pickles-this isn't hard

The bartender kept my card without asking, and when I attempted to retrieve it the following day.. no body could be reached.. I tried all different ways and no luck.. this is truly poor customer service..
