Thai Chili Pho - Grand Junction

The Sichuan sauce didn't quite meet my expectations; it turned out to be a general spice mix rather than a true Sichuan sauce, and it was a bit too oily for my taste. Additionally, I noticed that a small amount was added to my bill that didn't match the menu prices, which was a little frustrating. Despite these setbacks, my overall dining experience was still positive, so I’m giving it five stars. I believe I could make a better choice next time, and maybe visit when my preferences align more closely with the menu. Perhaps the slight charge was just a mistake, but they seem to have some room for improvement. I’ll definitely return and look forward to enjoying more of what this restaurant has to offer.

We drove back from Vail and stopped at a truck stop. It’s a quaint little restaurant, but even from the lunch menu, we ended up with way more food than we could handle. The portions are quite generous. The Tom Yum soup and Pad See Ew (I know I didn’t spell that right) were delicious, along with the green curry. Although we may never pass through Grand Junction again, we’re so glad we discovered this little gem for a healthy lunch during our road trip.

Service and eating is always great! second position in rifle. this is po pia sad (fresh shrimp jump rolls with peanut sauce) and thai iced tea if they are not sure what they order on the menu, maybe try pad thai with shrimp or chicken.

Enjoyed a great meal with family. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was hot and fresh.

A truly amazing Thai restaurant! Don't be misled by its simple decor; the service is incredibly fast, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is delicious. I tried dish #18 and was given the choice of mild, hot, or Thai hot; I went with the hot option, and it was just right. I also ordered a Thai iced tea and was asked whether I wanted a small or large—let me tell you, I was not prepared for how big the large was! If you find yourself in the area or just passing through and looking for great food, I highly recommend checking out Thai Chili Pho.
