"The customer service was friendly, but the food line was slow and the staff was not very attentive. I ordered a sandwich with bananenpfeffer, and it turned out to be terrible. Additionally, the drive-thru process is not very car-friendly; it’s likely you’ll have to get out of your vehicle."

I recently visited the new location and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Both sandwiches were not prepared according to our order. The cashier asked her to confirm the order at the drive-thru, which I would have never done if I had opened the bag to check. They also didn't include any requested toast or cheese on the sandwiches. The quality of both the food and the service did not justify the cost, and the tip was also poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at this place.

The young lady who prepared the sandwiches did not change her gloves after handling cash and operating the register, which is quite unsanitary. It's important to remember that money can carry germs. I suggest that staff be trained on the importance of washing and changing gloves after handling money to ensure better hygiene.

Lettuce was gold and old and dead were rotten I asked if they could get fresher out and I laughed, management must cleanse their employees

I love Subway. It's nice having it in a bigger location on Horizon Dr. I love drive through when it's really busy. I got a turkey sandwich and asked for it toasted. It was not. I wanted Italian white bread but they didn't have it. So I got wheat. It was hard and too much mustard when asked for it be lightly on it. The people were not as personable as they usually are. Disappointed but I still love the place. Just wish I had a better experience in the drive through today.
