Springhill Suites By Marriott Grand Junction Downtown/historic Main Street

A very beautiful property on a perfect location to explore the historic city of grand junction. highly recommended!

First. this room was $205 on a Friday night. no hot water at 9 o'clock for the shower. a bit serious when they look at what we paid. ? hot tub should be called luke warm tub and the jets didn't work. the continental breakfast was rough. breakfast bagels were microshaft (rubber) and the juice cups were as big as cups on a bottle circumference mouth wash lol. Maybe never stay here again if we don't need the convenientness to stay in the city. extremely overpriced?

The exceptional staff at this restaurant made our trip perfect! Lauren Lewis greeted us warmly, provided us with restaurant recommendations, and offered helpful advice throughout our stay. We were impressed by the delicious daily breakfast, lively bar atmosphere, and Friday night live entertainment. We will definitely be returning to show our gratitude and support for them.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, whether to spend the night, attend an event, or have drinks with friends at the bar. Overall, I have had a positive experience most of the time. It is convenient to stay downtown and be able to walk to nearby restaurants and events. The photos I have are from a stay in 2017, so I am unsure if any renovations or updates have been made since then.

The exterior of building and lobby area are appealing but carpet desperately needs replaced. Maybe that will make the rooms smell better. Awful smell on whatever floor you are on. Not a good hotel for extended stays since rooms don’t have kitchenettes. Also, guests should be told that housekeeping services are only available upon request. There was no mention of this at check in. Nothing in rooms to notify guests either.
