Papa Johns Pizza - Grand Junction

Perfectly cooked pizza, wings and broth sticks! much better than dominos raw pizza, 10/10 would order again, keep it on

I put in a order for delivery and they said 38-48 minutes. It is now almost 2hrs after I ordered it and still haven’t seen it. I understand that it could be busy but I have kids and it should say 2 hrs if it’s 2 hrs so I could have done something different for my family.

We called at 7:25PM about our order, which we ordered at 6:14PM, being late and was told by the staff that they were still within their 51 minute time-frame and that we were wrong even though we have the timestamp to prove this. Then, they decided to leave our food at the doorstep and didn't knock to let us know it was here, so it sat outside for 10 minutes because they didn't want to update the app to let us know that it had been delivered. Don't order from this location.

The papa johns team in grand junction came in clutch! we were in a train 10 minutes of grand junction and had a 10-minute stop. we were in the train for hours and just wanted to eat some warm food. we called papa john’s and asked if they could make the pizza and delivered them to the station before our train went. we knew there was a 1 % chance for it, but we still tried. we were literally seconds from the train that left the railway station, and here the supplier comes into the parking lot with hot pizzas in the hand. I had to drive into his car and then into the train. I don't sweat when I said the train started moving the second I stepped through the door. I went on a car of the cheater. you saved the day! it was like a scene from a movie and a day I will never forget 5 stars they young! both the woman who made our order and the shipper (and the chefs who made the pizza) made a whole train very happy!

Macgyver was fabulous! my family starved after a long trip. he made sure that my delivery instructions were clear in our hotel! our pizza was delivered quickly and was cheap. we were so happy that we called back and raised our tipp. they don't get so much service nowadays. well done!
