Noodles And Company - Grand Junction

It's so nice to have allergen friendly options! I come here all the time. Everyone is always so kind. My favorites include the impossible chicken lo Mein and the spicy noodles with tofu. My boyfriend is obsessed with the BBQ chicken mac and cheese ????

Absolutely terrible experience, my card got charged 3 times for over $120 and the manager refused to help at all. Was told on the phone they were out of rice crispies but when I went in to get the order there was rice crispies. I have no way ofrecovering the money lost so be careful if you pay with card here. Food is alright just upset ???????

Ordered Curbside pickup, tipped before pickup which I'm against for reasons like this. Order was a little behind which isn't a big deal, got home order was wrong. When i called the manager said he could remake it or cancel, as I'm hungry hence the reasonI ordered I said remake it. When I got there he made the wrong size, then when he made the right size he forgot the shrimp. Iasked for a refund as it was a MAJOR inconvenience and he said he couldn't do it. As a customer I'm highly surprised he tookthat route as MOST managers would make the order right and refund. I made sure he refunded my tip, and will never tip here againand contemplating never eating here again. Extremely unprofessional manager.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Spicy Korean beef noodle dish, which was underwhelming in both portion and taste. The sauce was overly salty, not at all spicy and lacking the flavor one would expect from a Korean styled dish. Thebeef was tough and seemed like it had been frozen. Maybe I made a mistake in not ordering a more traditional Italian noodledish? At any rate, for the prices listed I wasn?t too thrilled by my experience and it will probably be a while before I return,if at all.

We've been coming here for six weeks now, and I really enjoy the healthy zoodles. Overall, they do a fantastic job, and the app is user-friendly. Our food is always ready when we arrive. I've attached a few photos from our visits so far.
