Del Taco - Grand Junction

Del Taco offers tasty soft tacos in abundance, delicious burritos, and a wide range of affordable dishes. It's straightforward: you're getting great food at reasonable prices. However, the staff could use a bit more motivation; on about 8 out of 10 visits, they seem like they'd rather be somewhere else. I understand that it can be tough to maintain a cheerful demeanor in a fast-food environment, but that attitude can often stem from management's approach. We've visited Del Taco locations in other cities and consistently enjoyed friendly service, so I know it's possible. We appreciate their team and hope they feel valued, as their customers do. Aside from that, the food is served hot, the drinks are cold, and our orders are consistently accurate.

Del Taco was my all time favorite when l lived in So. Cal. Always went there for the food. The one in Grand junction co. was horrible. Did take out, but could only eat about half and threw it out. It was horrible!!!!

The service here was incredibly slow! I was stuck at the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me, and after waiting for three minutes, they asked if my order had been taken—I was still stopped! I ended up sitting at the window for about eight minutes just to get four fish tacos with corn tortillas. The tacos felt a bit stale, but at least the lime wedges were juicy, and the fish wasn't too dry. Overall, I’d rate it a 1227, give or take a couple of items on the Google review.

I waited 40 minutes for 3 tacos and 1 burrito. Whe I was waiting another lady took her order back because it was incorrect and the indifferent, borderline hostile customer service she received made me wince.
