Chipotle Mexican Grill - Grand Junction

This visit was disappointing. The tortilla on both orders were hard in some spots The brown and white rice was also undercooked and had some hard pieces. Not sure why the quality was under par this time . I've been here twice before and it was good . Something to watch out for if you go to this Chipotle .

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the staff was not only unfriendly, but they also seemed to dislike their jobs. At the assembly line, I found out they were out of pico de gallo and couldn't make more, even though it was hours before closing. After that, the staff became rude and seemed eager to rush me out without saying much. They could have certainly been more polite and friendly.

Got one of the salads, wilted lettuce, brown guacamole and the chicken was all connective tissues. Chipotle quality control has drastically slipped in the last few years. What a shame. Staff was friendly.

We 've been eating here (often multiple times a week) for years. This place has gone downhill. The staff is not happy, often rude, slopping the food like it 's a school cafeteria. Tonight the kid on the grill was eating the steak from the grill!!! ' Are you kidding? So much for health! You used to get a decent amount of meat-now it 's like 3/4 of a spoon. I can make it at home for half the price. Here is a pic of our tacos-so gross we tossed. Sad. Denver Chipotles are not like this! Do better.

I ordered two salads, and at the end of the process, I was informed that they were out of dressing. This was at 5 PM. It's hard to believe that a restaurant could run out of dressing for salads. Such poor management is really disappointing. I won’t be returning!
