Chili's Grill - Grand Junction

One of the best chili’s location I was! the server misty was an amazing person. she took our order in time. she did not swore and let us enjoy our meal, if necessary checked in. all about amazing experience! food: 5/5

I visited the restaurant for dinner on a Friday night, and it wasn’t very crowded. We had to wait a bit for the hostess to seat us, even though no one was ahead of us. The food was quite good, but the standout for me was our server, Andrew. He was absolutely exceptional—very friendly, offered great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. He is truly the reason I’m giving this place a 5-star rating!

The dining experience was mediocre, but the service left much to be desired. When our group arrived, we were seated at a dirty table. The waitress didn’t offer any drink refills and failed to bring sour cream or extra plates until we had finished our meals. With a party of eight, we had to share just five sets of cutlery since we weren’t provided with more, even after requesting some. To top it off, we didn’t leave a generous tip as we were disappointed with the service. However, our waitress went after us as we were leaving, asking for a larger tip. She mentioned we should consider that it was late when we departed. Many in our group work in customer service and understand that tips are earned through good service. Personally, I don’t think it’s appropriate for a server to chase customers for tips—it reflects poorly on work ethics.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chili's in Grand Junction, Colorado! From the moment I approached the host, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming for me and everyone around. The bartender, Andrew, was outstanding—quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He truly hit all the marks you’d want in a bartender. I was also impressed by the server in the adjacent section; he engaged with his guests and trained his team beautifully. The managing partner, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was a delight to speak with. As a woman in the industry, it was refreshing to connect about the restaurant experience. If I could recruit any front-of-house team member and bring them to my restaurant in the Midwest, I definitely would. My lunch was exactly what I was hoping for in a chili experience—delicious food, a great atmosphere, and wonderful people. Kudos to Team Grand Junction for a fantastic job!

After calling the manager and talking to him he was in disbelief of even taking care of his customers. I asked to please send my avocado ranch to my house after ordering $80 with the food. He would not make it right after multiple times of ordering this food and it always comes back wrong with no sauce. I talked to him he said that he can't do nothing about it and I am tired of spending this much money Granite it is good food with no condiments. I am so sorry that I have to give them a one star because there's nothing they can do about it when you order to go order through door Dash. Doordash is a joke they get delivered the food to take the food and they get blamed for not bringing the food. I will no longer ever order from Chili's which is sad because their food is so great.
