Texas Roadhouse - Grand Island

The service at this restaurant was very poor. We were put on a waiting list for a table at 6:00, with the hostess saying it would be a half-hour wait. When we returned at 6:30, we were told it would be an additional 15 minutes. By 7:00, they were still unable to accommodate us due to our party size, even though we saw other groups being seated. Despite being pregnant and waiting for over an hour, we never got a table by 8:00. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Great food good service

The service at this restaurant was very poor. We went online to put our name in for a table at 6 pm, and it said there would be a half hour wait. We arrived at around 6:30, and the lady at the front desk said it would be about 15 minutes more. We were okay with that. By 7 pm, we asked again and she said that because we had 5 people, it would take longer. Another half hour passed and when we asked again, she said there was still no table available. However, at least 10 other parties who arrived after us were seated. My daughter, who is 7 months pregnant, was also standing with us. By 8 pm, we decided to leave as we never got a table. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
