Qdoba Mexican Eats - Grand Island

Well let me tell you about this QDOBA MEXICAN EATS project been done for a long time now I watched it getting built and after it was done this my 3 or 4 time eating here at QDOBA MEXICAN EATS I RECOMMEND PPL EATING HERE THE STREET TACOS ARE VEVRY DELICIOUS AND the burritos ???????????? are off the chain by MAXIMUS CAR AUDIO RIMS ????

I wanted to give zero stars but that wasn?t an option. Qdoba has good food but very very poor service. I walked in and there was about 6-7 people infront of me. There was 6 workers, so I assumed they?d work together to serve everyone. Nope. There were two workers just standing and kept walking to the back. Two workers were helping customers but then one went to wipe off tables and left their coworker behind. Then the cashier would check people out and then jump in to help the customers with their orders. After the cashier jumped in, the other worker walked to the back and didn?t come back to help. I just hope this location gets better at serving their customers in a timely manner. And that the employees find a task do other than just standing around.

I understand the current staffing situation so I'm not going to be too rough. Placed an online order to be picked up at a specific time. Went to the location at that specific time and they continued to help people in line before working online orders. Waited over 45 minutes past scheduled pickup time. 3people working. And 1 of the three was only cleaning. Definitely quicker to go through the line instead of ordering online.

These folks were fantastic. My son complained but that's just him ????. I on the other hand thought they served everything well

Do not work at this place you will not know what you being paid, no breaks I left after one shift over month ago went in other day for pay said been mailed haven't got it I'm going to state department of labor. I then got call wanting shirt back like I'm going advertise for group loser management. I get shirt back when I get paid, need job papa John's rocks
