I work at panera in lincoln, and I know that one of our main mottos is, always big customers with a smile, but today only about 2 hours to 1 hour, I was greeted with an rude expression, I tried to go by and remain optimistic. I've commanded mine, and I said I could wait for the cinnamon. I went into the window, got the rest of my order and someone else had got the rolls, the people are great, but if I decided to order a smoothie and cookies to go with my order, the same person asked above, if I come back for the croissants, I did not order croissants. but I just remained optimistic and said I didn't order croissants, then when I finished my second order, he went for the pager, and my "panera worker" stepped in, I said: "This is a order to go so I don't need the pager" in and then he snapped "don't tell me how to do my ok job"? I was perhaps speechless, but it's just that exact moment stuck, I'm sorry if I was exaggerated, everyone else was great, they even talked to me about adapting the smoothie through indecent lack. but I can't think of anything other than the second order. at the moment I felt depressed about it. long story short, at this moment I was reminded of the hard way why our most important mottos is, always big customers with a smile
Restaurant was dirty, floor glue. hot sandwich on brot from the refrigerator? workers who settle in the stands. bathroom. I'm glad we just went through.
Don't waste your time or your money. a large group dinner via mobile app ordered. it was said an hour just to get into the load and tell them they didn't get it started. 40 minutes waiting, told articles are not available after the fact. the employees and the management were completely unapocal. checked by the order before leaving (before the manager) to find missing item/not correctly marked. no refund offered or given. this panera is not worth her time or money.
Wound up not even eating there because after waiting behind 2 people who ordered with a cashier, I was asked to order from the kiosk so they could clean. I tried ordering from the kiosk, but whenni tried to customize my sandwich by removing an ingredient, the screen would not progress to complete my order. I understand labor shortages, but it would have only taken 30 seconds to put an order in for me.
