Hardee's - Grand Forks

I enjoy their food, but the staff shortage is a problem. The last time I visited, I felt sorry for the person taking orders. He seemed overwhelmed, managing the register, packing orders, and handling drive-thru requests all on his own. We waited a full 30 minutes, but we didn’t mind. My boyfriend and I have both worked in restaurants for a few years, so we understand how tough things can get. However, this isn’t how a fast food restaurant should operate. Despite the chaos, he did an impressive job.

I first stopped by the Hardee's on Highway 2, but they were out of roast beef. I had to head over to the location on Columbia Road instead. It's hard to understand why they wouldn't have roast beef prepared at 11:55 AM.

This restaurant offers fantastic salads. I often use their drive-thru to grab a salad for lunch when I'm pressed for time. The staff is always friendly, and the service is consistently quick. The salads are prepared in no time, and their apple pecan salad is among the best in town. Everything is always fresh.

The service was extremely slow, and we had to wait quite a while for our food to arrive. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place!
