Casey's - Grand Forks

Living in the east coast for most of my life and pizza is a great thing. I have to say, caseys is the next thing that tastes the pizza of the east coast. always have several topping disks ready to go. I haven't tried every pizza place in the city yet, but at the moment I ranked it in number 1 point. psa to all pizza places in the city. normal size cake is 16 med 18 lg 20 to xl size 24 or larger.

Stood in a line for over 5 minutes while the employees were sitting on their phones talking in the deli area, the guy ahead of me had been waiting longer, when asked if anyone could help us (pay before you pump) they seemed rather annoyed. The foods amazing but the service has been lacking lately.

I normally love Casey’s, In fact I used to work at one 13 years ago. However, tonight me and my family stopped in to Casey’s at 9:30pm after the circus. I asked if I could order a pizza and they said yes. I asked if I could get a breakfast pizza and the guy said no, they’re not doing breakfast pizza. I ended up ordering a Canadian bacon pizza and waited in the store with my family. When I went to the checkout I made small talk with the lady and talked about liking the breakfast pizza, and I said I’d too I wanted to order one but they’re off breakfast. The lady started laughing and said “Is that what he told you, oh that kid!” And then continued to laugh. We stood there like ok? So he just won’t then? The whole situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional, I would have just walked out and told them no thanks forget it, but I had 2 hungry kids with me. I don’t think I’ll be going back to THIS Casey’s.

Every time I go In there there is old dried out pizza. Do better! They really need to do a better job training their food staff about food quality and being consistent.

Went there for the first time and last time today. Fueled up and decided to get a carwash. The pump didn't print the receipt, so I went inside to ask for it. The gal at the counter had no clue how to look it up and had to ask for help. Finally got the carwash and drove around. Went in and it broke. Called inide and the lady came out. Told me to pull around to try again. Tried again and didn't work. She rinsed my pickup off and told me to go inside and get a refund. The guy that walked through the carwash was inside so I asked him for a refund and he said to wait in line behind 6 other customers for the only register open. It seemed like a real burden for him to open the other one. Then he asked if I had the receipt so I went to the pickup and got it. Returned with the receipt, stood in line. Finally got to my turn and he didn't know what to do and had to go ask for help. Finally came back and handed me $10. No apology or anything. Must be hard to say have a good day now days...
