Burger King - Grand Forks

Workers are very rude and pushy! I was getting my drink and there was some elderly people ordering their meals the work was yelling and was so rude to customers. Felt so bad for the customers. Food is always cold and won’t do anything about it.

Terrible, will never be going here again, play house is closed, the order menus were out of order, they didnt have fries, onion rings and were all out of mozzarella sticks, looked very unsanitary and no one was there.

Worst customer service always rude and arrogant they rush you even if no one's behind you in the drive thru and have you wait for your food by the outside trash can the smell and flies buzzing around it is disgusting but not only that if you dine in floors n tables always sticky obviously they don't care because if they did something would already be done my whoppers were horrible tomatoes,onions and pickles missing but still paid full price plus the cheese charge when I drove back they said they were out i was so over it i didn't even ask for my money back

Ordered the spicy ch’king sandwich, the entire piece of chicken is supposed to be covered in spicy sauce. There was only a small amount of sauce On top of the chicken that you couldn’t see unless you lifted the bun off. Showed it to the manager and she insisted she made it correctly and I was wrong. I got my money back but will never go to this store again. TRASH management.

They are short-handed and have been so since a year they simply take it on them when they go. Sometimes it takes a long time, then you might want to, but breathe. it is certainly bk quality eating though!
