Buffalo Wild Wings - Grand Blanc

I was very happy with my experience here. The server was great and took care of My Fire Academy classmates. I decided it was a good idea to challenge 5-6 Blazin Wings. The server was nice enough to get me additional water, milk and some celery. Although the experience was enlightened, I survived!!

I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a while, and it seems like they may have changed their recipes. Regardless, the food was delicious. I went on a Saturday night, and the wait time was about 20 minutes. We took our order home, only to discover that one of the orders was missing half of the wings. A quick phone call later, and the manager resolved the issue directly with us. Excellent customer service!

The fries were stale, and the sauce had an overly acidic taste. While the service was good, the food didn't meet my expectations. I'm giving 3 stars for the service, but overall the food was just mediocre.

This place has always been better than some of the nearby options, but recently they've really outdone themselves!

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings and our server, Crystal, was fantastic! She was one of the best servers I've encountered, always on her toes and swiftly taking our order. In my opinion, Crystal deserves an 11 out of 10! I will definitely return for more excellent service!
