Tim Hortons - Grand Bend

The staff at this restaurant worked incredibly hard and quickly when I visited. The food was fresh and of high quality. It gets very busy in Grand Bend during the summer, and some customers were frustrated by the short wait times. I found their rude comments towards the staff to be very ignorant. Despite this, I will continue to stop at this Tim Hortons on my way to Goderich for business.

Only approx. 30 minutes spent in their journey to say their debit/credit system is down. could not return as several other cars were in line-up. when I asked the cashier why they had not set a big sign at the entrance to advise the customers of this problem, he said they had not the ability to do that. I wonder if they don't have a piece of paper and a marker to make a mark to stick on the post on their front post/travel? that is soouo frustrating! and beyond that the answerer (I don't even give him a job title) has a attitude! I complained before going through this place, and obviously nothing was done to correct this problem. I hope the head office examines in this load how it has the worst service in the chain! left with nothing but a big eat!

Their drive-thru service is the worst in the country! They consistently mess up orders and billing, and when brought to their attention at the pick-up window, they display a lack of urgency and fail to rectify their mistakes. I can relate to your frustration.

Müll. I ordered a double roasted cheese bag with butter and a carburized bagel. I stood over the workman while she fucked this mum and gave me polite! there is a big difference in double roasted vs burned! it went. and if I didn't have a screaming child in the car I would have pulled back in. this place is only busy because there are no other fast food in the city. deception

While making frequent trips to visit our daughter, this Tim Horton’s is roughly half way. Last time, a month ago, we stopped and I was horrified as the donuts were being refilled by a man with his mask under his nose and using his bare...hand. His gloved hand was holding the tray. The flies were overly noticeable as was the row of fly strips behind the counter. This month, the ladies washroom was filthy. There was no TP in my stall. Someone came in even though the door stated one person at a time. They left before I exited the stall but did not wash their hands. We were the only people in the restaurant. I told the person taking our order that the washroom needed attending and he informed me they’d get around to it when they had time. Again, we were the only customers. The person making our food adjusted her mask with the same gloves hand that she touched my food with. Yuck. I regret not saying anything both times. I have worked in the food and drink industry and I understand how things can fall behind during rush hour. However, responses and actions to the customers speak volumes as to how a restaurant is run. And on top of it all, they got my order wrong. This is a bad stain on a national, Canadian chain.
