Every time I have tried to go here, the door is locked. The hours always say it’s open, but that’s not the case

Cutting back on little things like lemon for tea and smaller doughnuts. You were never that good. Now you are worse. Service is either great or sullen. Ya never know. Ambience?

I just moved to town and Janet Tony are my new daily Dunkin coffee friends that treat me like family. They go above and beyond, with a smile! I would give this place 5 stars because of them alone, but I have to give 3 because when they are not here, it's sooooooooooo slow and poorly run. These two need to be recognized and promoted! Thank you both for being so great!

I visit Dunkin every day and drive thru is always fast and for the most part accurate

Very recent new owners/managers Ron and Jeanette (sp? are already making improvements. Much better customer service when they are onsite, as well as correct orders. We live on the same street but went to the DD in Simsbury because the last management was so poor. Welcome to the new owners/managers!
