They had a little festival in town square, it was busy we went for breakfast but did not have to wait for a table very long they do have sidewalk seating in front. You do have to order you food first before sitting down but you can tell when the locals walk in they will snatch an open table before they order. That's the only down fall if you really have to get a table but everyone pretty much does their thing and leaves to get the open tables for the people that are waiting. It is a must try will go back again.

Fantastic place! They were very accommodating to our dog during this heat wave, and let us sit inside! They also have lots of milk substitute options. Drinks great. Food great. Pup lovers. What's not to like? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
**Food & Drink** During a recent trip to Granbury, TX, my friends and I were searching for a cozy spot to relax and study during our downtime from a convention. I decided to try the caramel macchiato, and it did not disappoint. It was quite delicious, though I found it leaned a bit more towards the caramel flavor, with a substantial amount settling at the bottom. This is just a personal preference, as I typically prefer my drinks less sweet. The balance of ice to the drink was impressive, ensuring it remained enjoyable even after the ice melted. For my meal, I ordered the Paradise Avocado Toast, which featured roasted red peppers, egg, grilled mushrooms and onions, avocado, cilantro, and feta cheese. Overall, it was flavorful, though slightly on the salty side due to the feta. I was initially expecting a lighter version of avocado toast, but this one was a bit more oily than I anticipated. The combination of roasted red peppers and mushrooms complemented each other well. My only critique would be that the toast was quite greasy. **Vibes** Paradise Bistro creates a warm, homey atmosphere with its rustic wooden decor. There’s a variety of seating options, including booths, chairs, and a cozy couch area. I did notice a few creaky spots on the floor—just something to mention. We arrived around 10 or 11 AM when it was relatively quiet, but the crowd picked up significantly closer to lunchtime. Most of the lighting comes from the front window, giving the space a bright and airy feel. It's a lovely place to gather with family, have conversations, or get some work done. **Service** The service was excellent! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything arrived in a timely manner. They made a point to check on us periodically, which added to the pleasant experience.
