Wow!!! This place has the BEST food, friendly staff, and outstanding service! The breakfast was incredible! The biscuits had a nice kick, and the chicken fried steak was so tender that I didn't even need a knife! The only thing I might have wanted was a bit more pepper in the gravy. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a meal this much. It truly felt like a nostalgic experience with classic comfort food, and they only accept cash—no debit or credit cards here!

Pam's is a fantastic gem in Granbury. This cozy diner serves breakfast and lunch and is always bustling with the local crowd. My wife and I visited for the first time this week and really enjoyed our meal. We shared a cheese omelet with mushrooms, hash browns served in a biscuit, and ordered an additional pancake. Everything was quite tasty. When I inquired about their house specialties, the staff mentioned that the most popular dish is the Spanish omelet, closely followed by the breakfast tacos. My dad and I always go to breakfast. If he gets me out. The food is delicious and very cheap. The waitress is always beautiful and attentive. I recommend this place.
