Flames Seafood Grill - Granbury

Food was great, service needs improvement. Most food was really good, but Fish and Chips was ok. First of all, wrong drink was delivered one in the party and server seemed to be bothered when we brought to his attention. Then when he brought out salads, we had no silverware and had to wait until he noticed us. Then when I asked for refill of Unsweet tea, he said they have used all the Unsweet tea they made for today. This was at Noon and the restaurant closes at 10 PM

After reading the reviews we were a bit nervous about our dining experience. We arrived at 5:45pm on a Monday evening. We were seated quickly. Maria was our waitress. She was friendly and provided excellent service. We started with the fried alligator and onion rings-Delicious!! Then we shared the Tilapia Lafayette. It was cooked perfectly the wine sauce tasted great. Dirty rice wasn’t “so dirty” but it was good. Jalapeño cheese grits also did not disappoint.We were very pleased with our experience and will return.

Oysters were good and always are, but twice they have no crackers, what??? Wife couldn't even get baked potato, she ended up getting a mixed mashed potato. Took 12 minutes to get my first drink an old fashioned. Wife got her margarita in about 7 minutes. They forgot mine. Everytime we have issues but love fresh raw Oysters. Gonna try Randy's next time.

Well, completely underwhelmed. Had the catfish basket for lunch and I feel like the breading outweighed the fish. I couldn 't taste it at all. The lettuce for garnishment had black spots all over it and the cold slaw seemed like it had reached room temperature. The waitress was nice but failed to meet basic expectations eg no extra napkins, no refill check in, no question of how is your meal tasting. Wish I would have went somewhere different.

Shrimp ball and coconut shrimp was so good. our 1st time we'll definitely go back
