Dormitory with 5/6 beds near where the Chemin de Santiago passes, perfect for one night, and quiet. Kitchen (without hobs) with dishes, fridge, coffee, tea etc. 14€. I recommend. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I had the opportunity to spend a night at the Oustal, at the Grand Couvent dormitory part). Even if the dormitory part is a bit old, it is still clean and impeccable. I appreciated the comfort of the dormitory, the kindness of the person at the reception. The setting is magnificent huge park where it is good to walk) and dinner gargantuan breakfast! This is the mother house of the congregation of Notre-Dame du Calvaire; the nuns live on the first floor, the people received have their rooms on the second, or else at the Oustal, a building made up of dormitories. I went there during the Rocamadour festival, the place was frequented by festival volunteers, artists, choral singing courses. The building and the park are quiet and beautiful.
