She then told me that they don’t add mayonnaise or tomatoes to low-carb options. I was confused because I hadn’t requested a low-carb version; I had ordered a Whopper without the bun, pickles, or ketchup. Upon checking the newly made Whopper, I noticed that Jill had forgotten to add the cheese I paid for. When I calmly pointed this out, she rudely responded that I should have mentioned it when she was remaking it. I had! I was so frustrated by the poor customer service from Jill that I couldn’t even eat the food I had purchased. The only reason I remember her name is that I was upset enough to go back inside to ask for it. As I left, Jill condescendingly told me to have a nice day. All she had to do was give me a side of mayonnaise and tomatoes, but instead, she treated me like I was in the wrong and handed me a cold, burnt patty with unmelted cheese and toppings. I will be contacting corporate to complain about her management. I've never been treated this poorly when buying food.
I would give this place a zero if I could. I waited an hour in line because the lobby was closed, and when I tried to order a menu item that was posted, the employee at the drive-up window told me it had been discontinued. Unfortunately, I couldn't back out of the line due to the number of cars behind me. There was no sign indicating that items were sold out or discontinued, just a notice about altered hours and a suggestion to be patient due to limited staff. I wasted an hour of my time here. I really think Wendy's is a better fast food option, or you should consider supporting local mom-and-pop shops instead.
We ordered the double cheese croissant burger deal—two for $5—on the morning of August 13, but we only received single patties. It wasn't a great experience.
Getting so tired of this burger king. We love the fish sandwiches but it's been a struggle to not get them so dried out you almost break a tooth. And when you call management they claim they will reimburse you but your name never gets put into the book. I have my receipts and everything and they have done this 4 or 5 times now And now they close before 8? I understand there is a shortage of people who actually want to work but for months?
I swing in here every once in a while after work which right now it?s 11:30 while writing this. Everytime I get food the food is cold like not even really warm. You guys are gonna make someone sick and rich and it?s not like I went anywhere before eating I pulled out of the drive thru parked and ate. It?s always like this never got food you guys need to get a clue or shut the doors for good it?s out of control. I?ve came here twice on the weekend with my family and same thing cold food. You know I?m gonna call corporate on you guys and see how that goes especially since you guys don?t respond to anything one here. Great job burger king.
