Subway - Grafton

Horrible horrible customer service! I spent $50 on subs on Nov 10th to be delivered to a game night I was hosting. They never arrived. I have contacted the store, the delivery service, and their customer service through their website. Took 3 tries from Doordash and 3 from myself for an answer from anybody. Patricia sent me an email telling me to call a number and ask for the delivery depth. I did, the lady I spoke to said they had no such dept or anything like it, so I sent an email back to Patricia 3 times over 3 weeks. As of December 11th I have yet to receive a reply at all or my money back. $50 just gone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

I had takeout for dinner was cheap and good food. Parking had a parking lot and it was free with wheel chair access. The food also has vegan options and can be completely Customizable. Would recommend if you need something quick. This Subway restaurant met all my expectations with friendly and helpful employees who were professional and polite. It was a standard experience in line with what I would expect from a Subway.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The sandwich was expertly prepared and the staff clearly take pride in what they do. This is a takeout restaurant, perfect for a dinner meal, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Veggie Delite and Oven Roasted Chicken.
