Piasa Winery - Grafton

We loved this place. Great atmosphere the waiter was funny and wise, as well the cook was pretty awesome to. The food was great (we got a specialty burger and catfish . The sweety expeshly loved the house made hot sauce and took his left over sauce home 45 minutes away. We are looking forward to them catering our wedding next fall. :

I give the new Piasa Pub a 1-star only because of the very friendly service. The menu has drastically changed under new management so be sure and check out the menu I posted. I thought the pretzel bites were very good but the rest of my party was not at all pleased with their food. I found a napkin in the drink end of my straw about half way through it which makes any meal more appetizing. I think we're going to have to cross this one off our list of places to stop.

We waited for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, we were told that someone would assist us shortly. However, when the server returned, she handed menus to the table next to us and took their order instead. After sitting there for 30 minutes with no service, we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Steven B. is spot on: there’s great beer in Grafton! I tried the Civil Life Brown and the Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter, while Therese H. enjoyed the Short's Octorock Cider. The French horse basket, filled with pulled pork, speck, and cheese, was so generous that I had to take half of it home. The service was attentive, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony view of the harbor along with some live music. Overall, a very nice experience!

I didn't expect much, bar food maybe. the hand-baked fish and chips/fruits were great! meaty fish, delicious lights, fries were hand cut and tasty! vinegar too! friendly waitress, thanks heather! she even gave me a water to drive on the cruise.
