Their Prok Belly BLT is my favorite. It's a great spot to stop in for lunch or breakfast on your way to the Granton flea market.

Dinner items are uniformly very good. Sandwiches are top notch and loaded with meat and veggies. I also got some potato skins to go and these were very good.

Food is good but the wait time whether it’s busy or slow takes forever.

The sandwiches are great, but the kids behind the counter are really slow and seem like they are in no hurry whatsoever.
