Hello You - Graaff-Reinet

I recently went there and had some shocking service. Firstly I guess it’s my own fault for ordering steak at not a steak restaurant but I ordered rib eye steak and got a rump steak, secondly I ordered medium rare and got well done steak. Secondly my wife ordered gnocchi and got a rocket salad with potato’s. When we told them that was not gnocchi they told us it was and we heard the chef or manager shouting at the waiter. We specifically ordered it as it looked like the only vegan thing on the menu but they brought us a salad with yoghurt. We sent it back because it was the wrong meal and they still charged us for it. We paid but honestly it was the worse customer service I’ve had. Friendly people. This is not a vegan friendly place also.
