Ramen Miyako - Governors Bay

Pretty good Japanese restaurant, we ordered curry on rice, you can choose different levels of spicy. My partner ordered shoyu ramen, but it’s not his style, quite different from other shop.

I’ve come here several times! Tried the Nagoya Ramen and Paitan Miso Ramen! I prefer the Paitan miso ramen (with spicy) which I would highly recommend. Other than that, their dessert is a hidden gem and would recommend getting after your ramen

Fantastic Japanese restaurant. Incredible and affordable food. The Nagoya Ramen (pictured here) is a 'go-to ' dish for me which always hits the spot. If you 're looking for a comfortable, homely restaurant with lovely staff. Ramen Miyako is the place to go!

Amazing customer service and good ramen. We ordered the Miso ramen and the Nagoya ramen with a side of tempura. The children had fried gyoza, karaage chicken and chasu on rice. Parents ordered the mushroom salad and katsu curry. All dishes were delicious. For dessert we had their hoji sorbet. It was our first time trying this dessert. Very refreshing, cold and tasty. We will be back the next time we visit Christchurch! Gochisousamadeshita!
