Korea House - Governors Bay

The atmosphere is good. The service is also good. But the seafood pancake is a bit dry and burnt on the underside. The spicy buckwheat noodles my girlfriend ordered was not enough flavour. My bulgogi has few beef strips.

Tofu stew was too salty. Most of food got cold when we got delivered. Jellyfish slice got too much mustard. Their food presentations were good and very nice hospitality.

Booked in at 5.30pm on a Saturday night, restaurant got very busy from 6pm. Food came out fast, was very fresh and tasty. We had the korean spicy chicken, bulgogi with Bi bim bap and spicy stirfry squid. All delicious and reasonably priced. Total bill $69

Great food and nice staff. The food overall was great, you could eat delicious authentic Korean food here. The chicken was crispy, sweet and spicy as written. The tangsuyuk was chewy and tangy which was very enticing in a good way. Not like any other korean restaurants in Christchurch. Would recommend this place for a hearty eat.
