Domino's Pizza Riccarton

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered dominoes delivery online. Order went through no issue. Waited an hour and still hadn't received any pizza or had updates on live tracker. So I called the store. The guy I spoke to told me they don't have a driver so it'll still be at least another 30 minutes. I asked why he didn't call me? He didn't answer. My order had my contact information yet they never called when they received my order to communicate this. They just left it and waited for me to chase it up. I asked for a refund and he was short with me and seemed annoyed I wanted my money back. No apology. No explanation for why they didn't call me to advise they had no driver. The guy working didn't seem to give a toss. Absolutely pathetic service. Won't order here again.

Order a pickup tonight and when I reached the store the order wasn't ready so I just paid and waited inside my car for 10 minutes. When I came back to pickup my order they Want me to pay again then I have to explain them couple of times that I already pay it. Secondly when I pickup the order and come back home I realize the order wasn't proper delivered they missed the garlic bread. I called them and they said you have to come back to pick up your garlic bread. Don't want to order from this store again they are arrogant and unprofessional.

I found a USED CIGARETTE BUTT on the front counter... i would not consume food from this branch.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There's not really much positive to say about Domino's Riccarton. I have worked at Domino's and I hope we never had product accuracy as low as they did here. The food was good, however every single one of our 4 meals had something incorrect about the order. Some toppings and other things were simply missing. Would strongly not recommend.
