Christmas table lunch, nice setting, good service and the staff gets a gold star, But unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Ex. Jansson's was dry and mushy. The meatballs were cooked and lay in some kind of shovel, the thick ribs were so dry that they were hard to chew and swallow and didn't have a hint of salt or pepper. The prince sausage almost burnt. The grav salmon was in a big pile, not funny. The hot smoked salmon in small dry cubes. The ham, on the other hand, was really juicy and good. The herring without remark, the cheese tray okay, but missing fruit and vegetables. And not some kind of dessert, like rice a la Malta, or cheesecake, but there was plenty of chocolate. Unimaginative, Similar to the food in bamba. Boring and tasteless, not worth the money.

Good at a rainy day. the salatbuffet is beautiful, but eating is often overcooked and dry. coffee is almost drinkable.

Beautiful and fresh lunch buffet. only wish that they should explain what it eats, for example what kind of sauce it is. what a flesh is and so on. Now they have to impress three courts and guess what's in the buffalo.
