I placed my order through the app, but still had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the shift manager got my order wrong and then tried to convince me to accept less than what I had paid for when I came back with my receipt. Mistakes happen, but it would be much better if they just owned up to it and fixed the issue instead of acting dismissively. The manager even suggested that I might need a new receipt, only to appear sheepish when I showed the one that proved they had messed up! I was more frustrated by the manager’s handling of the situation than anything else—it's quite disappointing, really. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
