Hacienda - Goshen

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I must say, it was fantastic! The service was outstanding. Miguel, our server, truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly polite and had a wonderful personality, and the entire staff was exceptional. We were there to promote our staffing agency and job openings in the area. This place is perfect for after-work gatherings or business lunches. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, with outstanding food. There is also ample parking available.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service is good. However, some items on the menu are quite basic Mexican dishes. When I compare the prices here to other restaurants that I prefer, which are also less expensive, I find it lacking. For instance, Boneyard in Warwick has one of the best hand-wrapped burritos I’ve ever tasted. In contrast, Hacienda does not offer hand-wrapped burritos; instead, they serve a platter-style burrito with rice and beans that feels pretty ordinary. Nothing really stands out as exceptional considering the menu prices. I don’t mean to come off as rude; I'm just being honest in my comparison to other options available. While it’s definitely a nice restaurant in terms of ambiance, there’s certainly room for improvement in the quality of the cuisine offered.

We came here to break away from legoland where we were staying (and their terrible food and were sooo pleasantly surprised! This place is fantastic, from the beautiful looking casita/hacienda with the bright colours and the music inside to the 5 star service and incredible authentic food i cannot recommend this place enough. My and my family enjoyed all of their dishes and loved the complimentary chips and quesadilla starters the virgin pina colada was AMAZING, everything was very fairly priced, i only wish i had more room for dessert. Honestly, make a reservation and come you wont regret it! Thanks for the amazing food and service to us Canadians :

I have been coming to the Hacienda as long as I can remember. I have always loved their food and the dining atmosphere. It has always been one of my top favorite restaurants. However, I am becoming less impressed with the service as time goes on. Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to ask for a table outside to have a few drinks. We weren’t sure if we were going to order food just yet as we weren’t too hungry. We were given chips and salsa which is always a staple when you sit down at a table. Typically, they always bring out a small free quesadilla as well which everyone knows. We watched other tables get their free quesadilla but for some reason they continued to withhold ours from us. At this point we decided to get an order of the burritos so now we ordered both food and multiple drinks. I asked one of the women who brings them out if we would have then as well. She told me “uno momento” and then said something to our waitress in Spanish with the words ending in “quesadilla” as they walked back inside the restaurant. Our waitress came outside and continued to serve the other tables, then came over and asked if we wanted another drink. I said no but if we could please have the little quesadillas. She agreed to get them and then came back with only one and told us “they only have one right now. I’ll see if I can get you another one.” Although our waitress was very nice we were never given the second quesadilla even after I had to ask two times, ordering both food and drinks.. It really didn’t make any sense at all. I’m not sure if the kitchen may only make a certain amount at a time when people arrive but then it should have been communicated that our table never received them. That is always my favorite part of sitting down and I was very disappointed that I had to jump through so many hoops to only get one when we had a table of two people. I will still go to the hacienda in the future as I love their food but please have your servers follow through with requests.
