Felix New York Style - Goshen

Went during my lunch hours. Ordered an agua de pina and turned out the water was going bad. Gave it back to the waitress and ordered water. Took 10 minutes to get the water. When I placed my order for the food, the waitress came back telling me they were out of what I ordered. It took 15 minutes for her to tell me. Later ordered something else and when the food came out, the waitress told me they were out of the pasta so she gave me watermelon slices. While I don’t mind this, I think they need more staff and be more attentive. Never once checked up on us.

Terrible service- ordered the lasagna, came back 10 minutes later to tell us they were out of lasagna. l also ordered a salad, had to remind them to bring it out after 20 minutes, they brought the wrong salad, then once I reminded them what salad I had ordered, they came back 5 minutes later and said they were out of one of those ingredients as well, they offered an alternate and I said it's fine. They brought out the new salad and had neglected to put on one of the other ingredients that was listed, I asked for that ingredient, the waiter leaves to go get it and come back to tell me that they are yet again out of another item. When the food finally came, it was not good at all- seriously worse than cafeteria quality. I do not understand where these other 5 star reviews are coming from. We will not be coming back.

OMG! No lie! I’m a level 6 reviewer of Google and won a trip to the Google headquarters last November because of my honest reviews! This restaurant is AMAZING!! I love authentic and different! The Pupusas are too die for! I’ve been on a quest to find the best Pupusas and I’ve tried several but these are magnificent! I’ll probably end up being one of their most frequent visitors, when I find something I like I don’t turn back! The staff are very little friendly ppl, I’m assuming the children, who are adorable! I love family owned businesses. The inside is very soft and inviting, peaceful and serene and you can dine outdoors if you like! Between my son, his girlfriend and myself we each love this restaurant! I even called and told them not to ever leave the neighborhood! We need places like this to go and dine! Lastly, I enjoy my food made fresh, I don’t like food that’s been previously prepared and frozen, I like fresh, and I was told the Pupusas are made fresh!! Different cuisine and lovely flavors! I love you Felix! Also

Wonderful friendly staff who made sure to go the extra mile to make our order right and ensure we had a wonderful experience!! Everything on the menu sounds delicious! Many different options available! My pork and cheese pupsas were delicious! Perfect size portions and balanced meals! Love the workers and all our food looked and tasted wonderful!

Where to begin. Let me preface this with saying that when we arrived the place was not packed, but there was a lot of people. By the time we were sat down there were only about 3 tables with people. I went here for lunch today. We had a late lunch though. It was great when we walked in. The waitress was very sweet and kind. Thats about the only good thing of this place. My mom ordered the cheese popusas and a coffee. It took about 15 minutes to even get her coffee. Then when they brought her order out about 30 minutes later it was incorrect. They put pork in her popusa. We asked for silverware and never got it. I ordered a caprese pasta at the recommendation of the waitress. We were there for over an HOUR..... and I never received my pasta. We asked a waiter that was also there to check on the pasta, he told us that they never received that order. He apologized and said he could have them bring it out very fast. At that point I had to go back to work, so I said no thank you. Our waitress was the one who we were to pay with. She did not apologize and started giving excuses. We will never be back. It was a terrible experience. Luckily King Gyros was right around the corner and I was able to still grab a quick gyro and head to work! Thanks King Gyros!!
