Dunkin' - Goshen

I visited this location on October 7, 2022. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my experience. Firstly, the bathroom floor was covered with half an inch of water due to improper mopping. Additionally, there were two wasps inside the restaurant. Most concerning, myself and seven other patrons witnessed a manager named Lisa verbally berate an employee, leaving her in tears before sending her to the back. While the employee was gone, Lisa continued to loudly criticize her, making sure everyone in the restaurant could hear. It's truly disgraceful for a manager to treat their staff this way, especially on top of the other issues mentioned.

This is a solid Dunkin' Donuts location. They get orders correct and have a friendly staff. It does take a bit longer than usual, but I believe it's because they’re short on help!

The only staff member who was actually working managed to hand us the drink, but my daughter then realized that a croissant was missing. When I brought this to their attention, the employee was ready to charge my daughter's debit card again. We decided we didn’t have time for that and left instead. I hope that one day, people will learn to communicate about what’s appropriate in the workplace.

Spent 23.00 this morning. Frozen coffee wake up wraps and donutholes?.. frozen coffee was good. Donut holes were old and hard and so were the wake up wraps?. Waste of time and money

Disappointed that all DDs don't make the same donuts as the others. Illinois DDs are excellent, whereas Indiana has alot to be desired.
