Service was not quite as good as usual last time we went, the menus we were given were in a different language so we could not understand

Prices are great, most of our past experiences have been great, but two days ago, we received the worst possible service from Lori. She was indifferent and rude to my party of two, while overly friendly to her other tables. It seemed like a race problem as we are Hispanic and she treated us different vs her Caucasian tables. After paying she did demand her tip as she asked if we’d be leaving her tip in cash or card, again with a rude undertone.

Bad cut of meat, but the chef did an amazing job to make it taste good. It was rubbery and a lot of fat on it, not worth serving. Sarah, our server was super busy and had many tables and bar areas, and she handled everything very well she did an amazing job.

My wife and I stopped on our way home to get a bite. I ordered the loaded potato soup, burger and fries. She ordered chips and salsa, steak and steamed vegetables. I got my soup and ate it(it was cold), then her meal came out, but no chips and salsa. The waitress finally noticed she was eating and I had nothing after 15 minutes. Supposedly my burger was held up for fries. So they brought my burger out and it was not warm, fries showed up 10 minutes later and they were hot. We had to ask for our chips and salsa to be bagged up to go, since they forgot them. Service was bad,the manager did not apologize and the poor waitress was working both sides of the restaurant. Bad service, out of order serving of food, and no apologies. Stay away!

Steak was over cooked and bland. The potatoes had zero flavor (even loaded). My ranch was watered down. The chips and salsa were great. My sprite was good. Our server seemed unaffected with our comments on the food. The manager was doing good pep work with her crew. Good luck on the employee bingo game! Hope someone leaves happy because we didn't. $50 wasted.
