Taco Bell - GORDONSVILLE

3 stars cause everytime I get a order here it's good but I get the wrong stuff. So it's a gamble.

Hit or miss. When they have things together everything runs smoothly and when they don't...it's bad. Unfortunately tonight they were understaffed, not taking orders other then kiosk or drive-thru. We watched them loose 6 families who wanted to pay cash because they wouldn't take their order at the register, and other customers because people who had been waiting 30 mins told them to run because it would be 20+ mins. Took us 35 mins to get ours tonight.

The store was not busy. Most of the tables were dirty with food crumbs on them and the seats. The bathroom was littered, and no trash can to throw paper towel in unless you used the small trash can next to the toilet. The cashier acted as if it was a burden to take an order, rather than the person use a kiosk. Not a very friendly place to eat at all. Vegetarian options: I'm not sure what they have. The menu does say to ask if you want vegetarian options.

I paid for large strawberries and cream freeze andthe new twists. I didn't get my beverage or the new twists but was instead given regular cinnamon twists and no beverage. Boy im hott right now. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
