Wendy's - Goose Creek

Every time we try to order here, the t takes almost an hour in the drive thru and the orders are messed up. Insanely ridiculous

Took too long to the drive-thru and they got my order wrong.

The Spanish looking girl and black dude working on 03/20/2024 around 7pm are the worst employees I've dealt with in 38 years of life. They locked the Wendy's down so you couldn't get inside and I had a pick up order. They wouldn't bring it to me or even acknowledge I was there. After an hour of waiting and my food cold they told me go through the drive through. I had a bite taken from my sandwich and the fries dumped everywhere. I'll never come here again and I'll tell anyone with ears to not come here. This place is filth.

Came here to pick up a doordash at 1: 15 am. Employees were visible. They literally came to clean the area around the drive thru but REFUSED TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME!! Which was beyond rude. They could have opened the window and said I 'm sorry, but we are closing early or even I 'm tired of Door Dashers making me work my entire scheduled shift . I would at least respect that!! But to walk up to the window, LOOK AT ME, and roll your eyes! No mama, see I can 't do my job if YOU DON 'T DO YOURS! I wasted my gas driving all the way from Dorchester Rd and got paid $0. Your actions also screwed up my rating and time. I have to get out, take pictures, call our customer support, report you closed during business hours and then explain and apologize to the customer. So please if you have a problem closing, please speak up and let your superiors know. I know I will be!!

Worst Wendy’s ever!!! No great customer service. Nobody seems happy to work at all. Extremely rude workers and not caring managers. The manager Sabrina tried giving me nuggets out of trash can that employee stated she throw away. I am disturb. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.
